Service Advisor, HVAC Quoting & Estimating

What you'll do

• Prepare and send customer quotes and proposals
• estimate time and materials
• research and source parts
• respond to inbound sales inquiries
• identify sales opportunities
• communicate updates with customers and Account Managers
• coordinate with field technicians, service managers, and warehouse staff
• process approved parts orders and returns
• maintain HVAC product knowledge.
