Infrastructure Engineer I

What you'll do

• Maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, virtual machines, and scheduled patches. Install, configure, replace, and document network equipment at company sites
• monitor backups and perform test restores
• respond to routine alerts and incidents
• escalate complex issues
• apply security patches and configuration changes
• assist with hardening
• and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and configuration documentation.
