The Vice President, Growth Strategy and Operations (Hybrid) is an onsite role based in Bethesda, MD, with a salary range of $200,000–$250,000 per year. This position supports Westat’s federal marketplace growth by strengthening business development capabilities, processes, and infrastructure. This leadership role exists to advance Westat's business development ecosystem by fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders and implementing data-driven, technology-enabled growth strategies. The Vice President will improve enterprise performance by integrating strategy, process improvement, and organizational development to enhance pursuit outcomes.
