What you'll do

• Oversee medical standards and quality of care
• see patients and manage clinical practice
• develop medical policies
• review records and controlled-drug practices
• address patient-care and client concerns
• mentor and monitor veterinarians
• lead candidate interviews
• identify service opportunities
• monitor performance indicators and work with the Hospital Manager on practice results
• support compliance with veterinary, OSHA, and AAHA standards.
