Member Care and Growth Manager

Job overview

The Member Care and Growth Manager role is hybrid, with in-clinic work in Chicago, IL and virtual onboarding support across markets. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, with additional per-enrolled-member commissions described in the posting. Enara Health develops personalized obesity treatment through clinical and digital services. The manager grows and supports program membership by guiding onboarding, educating patients and clinic partners, and coordinating member experience. The role also manages onsite workflows, resolves member and provider issues, and supports referrals and leads through virtual onboarding and CRM engagement.

What you'll do

• Onboard and educate prospective patients at partner clinics
• perform simple non-invasive diagnostic procedures and follow billing and data-entry procedures
• contact patients for follow-up and appointments
• educate clinic partners and improve workflows
• organize community events
• engage members to support clinical outcomes and testimonials
• serve as the primary contact for member issues and provider escalations
• resolve complaints and collaborate with internal teams
• support virtual onboarding and CRM engagement across markets.

Why this role

Hybrid work with travel into Chicago a few times a week. Commission tiers are $40 per member for members 1–30/month, $55 for members 31–50/month, and $90 for members 51+/month.
