Job overview

The Project Coordinator role is office-based and onsite in Santa Clarita, CA. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. American Electric Co is a licensed Southern California electrical contractor specializing in panel upgrades, EV charger installations, standby generators, home rewiring, and electrical conduit trench work.

What you'll do

• Submit and track utility meter-spot requests and DigAlert tickets
• follow up with utilities and city inspectors
• build and maintain field-crew schedules
• book inspections, utility appointments, and customer installation dates
• communicate with partners and keep records current
• serve as a customer contact by phone, email, and text
• organize job files, photos, and paperwork
• and help track and enter new leads.
