Front Desk Sales Associate, Gym

The Front Desk Sales Associate role is onsite in Rock Hill, SC, with compensation of $12–$14 per hour. The associate supports member and guest services at Gold’s Gym. The role helps create a welcoming gym experience by greeting and checking in members, responding to inquiries, directing guests, and supporting front-desk operations. It also contributes to facility security, retail sales, and routine opening, closing, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• check in members and register guests
• monitor check-ins and notify the supervisor about delinquent accounts
• direct guests and appointments to fitness consultants
• answer and route calls and follow up on inquiries
• respond to member concerns
• distribute keys and towels
• process retail and concession sales
• complete walk-throughs and opening and closing procedures
• log maintenance and safety concerns
• perform assigned light cleaning and weight pickup.
