What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help with housekeeping, laundry, and resident spaces
• prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• report changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.

Why this role

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification is preferred and may be required for some assisted-living levels.
