What you'll do

• Prepare menu items and daily prep according to recipes and presentation standards
• set up and maintain assigned stations
• manage orders during high-volume service
• store, label, date, and rotate food
• monitor quality and temperatures
• assist with banquet and special-event production as assigned
• guide and train less experienced team members
• support station coverage, opening, closing, and shift transitions
• maintain sanitation and assist with inventory.
