Regional Manager, Medical Spa and Wellness Operations

The Regional Manager, Medical Spa and Wellness Operations role is onsite across two centers in North Raleigh and Wake Forest, NC, with a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 per year plus a performance-based incentive. The role supports 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions as it opens a second North Carolina center and grows both locations. The manager leads the new center’s launch while maintaining the established center’s operations and performance. The role oversees teams, financial results, membership growth, and local outreach to help both centers operate consistently and achieve revenue and retention goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across two centers
• lead new-location launch, staffing, pre-opening marketing support, and membership presales
• manage P&L, payroll, and costs
• recruit, coach, and develop center teams
• drive membership sales and retention KPIs
• partner with local marketing and community outreach.
