What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop general managers and team members across multiple locations
• drive sales, customer satisfaction, and market growth
• oversee P&L performance, cost control, and revenue
• ensure operational and brand standards
• visit stores to evaluate performance and coach teams
• implement process improvements
• support new store openings and renovations
• partner with regional managers and marketing
• lead manager meetings and training
• conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
