What you'll do

• Design and implement treatment protocols and clinical practices
• provide animal-assisted therapy
• develop staff training plans with the Training Director
• ensure appropriate consumer assessments
• review service-model fidelity and quality
• provide clinical and evidence-based training within licensure
• provide 24/7 emergency-response backup when clinicians are absent
• advise on admission, discharge, and triage
• implement evaluation tools
• collect monthly statistics and outcome reports
• collaborate with clinical leadership and external agencies
• document billable encounters in the EMR within 24 hours
• travel as needed to offices, meetings, and conferences.
