What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• develop sourcing strategies using applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
• screen and interview candidates and present recommendations
• advise hiring managers on requirements and interview practices
• build talent pipelines
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• prepare and extend offers with HR leadership
• maintain records in ADP
• represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and community outreach
• support internship, co-op, and university relations.
