What you'll do
- Oversee daily shelter operations
- supervise, mentor, and support staff and volunteers during assigned shifts
- enforce policies and house rules using a trauma-informed approach
- respond to crises, conflicts, and emergencies with intervention and de-escalation
- maintain documentation, incident reports, and resident records
- inspect the facility for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
