Job overview

Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation & Technology is a hybrid remote role with onsite collaboration in Onalaska, WI, up to twice per quarter. Total cash compensation, including base pay and quarterly bonus, is $225,000–$350,000. Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations gives electronics their “next best life” while protecting the planet and customers’ interests. Reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the EVP aligns technology, data, artificial intelligence, and digital capabilities with business strategy. The role leads modernization and transformation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, decision-making, and sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Align technology, data, AI, and digital capabilities with strategic priorities
• translate business objectives into roadmaps, governance, investment decisions, and measurable results
• define and execute technology strategy across operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, ERP, data, analytics, AI, and governance
• lead and develop the technology organization
• establish responsible AI adoption
• manage strategic technology relationships
• partner across business functions to redesign processes
• promote trusted data and self-service business intelligence
• strengthen portfolio and project management
• maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology foundation.
