What you'll do

• Greet guests professionally
• check guests in and out and collect pertinent information
• provide directions and refer guests to concierge or village transportation
• answer or route telephone calls
• direct guests and vendors regarding parking
• maintain desk cleanliness and logs
• coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
• prepare welcome packets
• count cash and complete deposit documentation
• attend to the coffee station, lobby, and St. James room.
