CNC Department Lead

What you'll do

• Operate CNC VMCs, a CNC turning center, 5-axis waterjet, and 5-axis router
• assist with tooling design and fabrication, process development, and part manufacturing
• read blueprints and technical drawings
• set up tooling and fixtures
• use CMM equipment for inspection
• apply GD&T
• use G-code and M-code programming
• perform in-process quality checks
• inspect, clean, and perform minor equipment repairs
• collaborate with engineering and production on process improvements
• follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
