The Early Childhood Lead Teacher – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Greenville, SC. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The teacher supports Dream Preparatory Academy’s early childhood program for children ages 3–5. The role creates a safe, engaging learning environment and supports children’s development through age-appropriate activities, classroom routines, and positive guidance. What you'll do

• Create an inclusive classroom environment
• supervise children and ensure their safety
• adapt curriculum and activities to individual needs
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• collaborate on curriculum with the program director or co-director
• maintain an organized learning space
• manage routines, transitions, and behavior using positive guidance
• support language, literacy, social-emotional, physical, math, science, and art development
• observe and document progress
• communicate with parents and guardians
• maintain attendance records and follow academy health and safety policies.
