What you'll do

• Direct accounting operations for multiple entities and business lines
• oversee property and CAM accounting, lease administration, rent rolls, and tenant account reconciliations
• manage and develop financial staff
• improve accounting processes and systems
• prepare consolidated financial statements and internal and external reports
• implement controls and ensure GAAP compliance
• coordinate annual audits
• oversee regulatory reporting and tax planning and compliance
• and monitor performance metrics.

Why this role

Requires a four-year accounting degree and at least seven years of public accounting and/or industry experience. CPA is strongly desired; experience with multiple companies or business lines and systems such as NetSuite, Sage, MRI, or property management software is preferred.
