What you'll do

• Support client goals and outcomes in person-centered service plans
• promote independence, choice, dignity, and rights
• assist with adaptive and daily living skills
• provide appropriate supervision
• support personal care, meal preparation, household routines, and community activities
• observe and report safety or health changes
• administer medication only when trained, authorized, and permitted
• respond to emergencies
• provide authorized transportation
• offer respite support
• document services and progress
• communicate with clients, families, supervisors, and support teams
• attend required meetings and training.
