Apartment Service Technician

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing problems and making repairs
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, maintenance, and final inspections
• track maintenance inventory and report reordering needs
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• support expense control by repairing parts when possible
• participate in quarterly preventive maintenance
• accommodate a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule.
