What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs
• control entry and exit of people, vehicles, and deliveries
• report discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts
• respond to incidents using established reporting and escalation procedures
• conduct routine and random patrols of access points, loading areas, grounds, and perimeter areas.
