What you'll do

• Oversee resident clinical records and regulatory compliance

• train and evaluate staff

• communicate with clients, physicians, pharmacies, and therapists
• manage transitional care and appointments
• attend medical appointments as needed
• collaborate on treatment plans
• participate in IDT and annual ISP meetings
• complete incident reports and quality-improvement work.
