What you'll do

• Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status.
• Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk.
• Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
• Provides staff relief and cross-coverage for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Maintains current CDR credentials and DC licensure.
