Service Project Coordinator – MEP

Job overview

The Service Project Coordinator – MEP role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. AMPAM is a California design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor serving large-scale multifamily and commercial projects. The coordinator supports project managers and service teams by organizing project activities, documentation, costs, materials, and communications. The work helps keep active service projects coordinated and supports operational efficiency, cost control, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and schedules
• manage project documentation, communications, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
• maintain project files
• support cost tracking, invoices, and purchase orders
• monitor material orders
• prepare status reports
• assist with closeout and warranty tracking
• support safety, quality, and compliance standards.
