What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions
• portion and serve meals or prepare them for delivery
• maintain food temperatures and presentation standards
• follow ticket and recordkeeping procedures
• clean kitchen and storage areas
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs and safety incidents
• follow HACCP and food-handling standards.
