The role works closely with therapy, culinary, resident life, maintenance, housekeeping, finance, and sales teams to shape day-to-day care. This hands-on nursing leader oversees clinical operations, quality, compliance, staffing, and budgets. The role supports person-centered care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and maintaining safe, effective services for residents.

What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations for the 19-bed skilled nursing unit
• lead quality assurance and risk management and track performance indicators
• serve as a contact for residents and families
• manage budgets, labor costs, supplies, and documentation systems
• guide survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• recruit, coach, mentor, and schedule clinical staff based on resident acuity
• provide on-call leadership support as needed.
