Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Salisbury, MD, with a stated annual salary range of $90,000–$120,000, depending on state. Above and Beyond Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum and children with other developmental disabilities. The BCBA assesses clients, develops individualized treatment and skill plans, and monitors progress to support improvements in social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. The role also guides and trains behavior technicians and helps families understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.

What you'll do

• Conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and skills assessments
• design treatment plans and individualized positive behavior and skill-acquisition plans
• supervise, train, and monitor behavior technicians
• support family conversations about assessment results and recommendations
• graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries.
