This role is responsible for leading and maturing the enterprise resilience program, defining strategy, and establishing governance models. The Director will partner with security, engineering, and IT teams to operationalize resilience through recovery readiness, dependency management, and crisis preparedness to ensure business continuity during disruptive events.

• Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics.
• Lead business impact analyses and dependency mapping.
• Oversee enterprise resilience testing and recovery validation.
• Lead crisis management planning and preparedness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate resilience into operations.
