What you'll do

• manage identity and access services
• support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• implement cloud governance and cost optimization
• troubleshoot network infrastructure
• coordinate with managed service providers
• partner with cybersecurity teams
• maintain technical documentation and provide advanced Tier 2/3 support.
