All-Source Analyst — Collection Management

The All-Source Analyst — Collection Management role is onsite in Fort Meade, MD, in an office environment. Compensation is not specified. SOSi provides defense and government solutions, including intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities and mission support. The position is contingent upon award of contract. The analyst integrates intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess and explain national security issues and support collection, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements. The role helps develop collection strategies and operational plans, coordinate requirements and resources, and align collection efforts with mission partners and strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Provide expertise in creating collection strategies, postures, and plans
• use knowledge of intelligence collection systems, databases, and processes
• crosswalk tactical requirements to strategic objectives
• validate, coordinate, draft, submit, and maintain intelligence requirements and information requests
• participate in strategic boards and working groups to coordinate collection efforts
• manage collection-operation requests
• coordinate asset and resource availability
• develop operational plans
• de-conflict time-sensitive requirements
• coordinate non-organic collection activities
• consolidate intelligence requirements
• provide GEOINT Information Services expertise for collection requirements
• develop collection-management strategies with mission partners
• document operating instructions as assigned.

Why this role

Requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least five years of relevant planning experience. Preferred qualifications include eight years of relevant analysis experience and direct support to DIA, Combatant Commands, or Joint Staff planning.
