What you'll do

- recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and contractors
- serve as the onsite religious point of contact
- remain available for emergencies and report onsite within 120 minutes if called.

Why this role
Requires English/Spanish bilingual ability and either a bachelor’s degree in Religion, Religious Studies, or Theology plus five years of ministry experience, or ten years of ministry experience without a degree. Detention or correctional setting experience is required.
