Senior Environmental/Remediation Engineer — Hybrid

The Senior Environmental/Remediation Engineer role is hybrid and may be based in Bellevue, WA, or Seattle, WA. The stated base salary range is $120,000–$160,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual cash bonus based on firm and individual performance. Farallon is a 100% employee-owned environmental consulting firm addressing complex environmental challenges. The engineer leads environmental projects from investigation through cleanup and closure, providing technical direction, managing project delivery, and advising clients on regulatory and engineering challenges. The role also develops client relationships, supports business development, and mentors engineers and scientists.

What you'll do

• Develop cleanup strategies
• oversee feasibility studies, remedial design, pilot testing, and engineering documentation. Lead multidisciplinary teams through assessment, investigation, remedy selection, construction, and closure
• manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• ensure technical quality of project deliverables
• mentor staff
• support business development
• and promote safety and continuous improvement.
