What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfers, meals, ambulation, turning and positioning
• provide light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with appointments
• electronically document intake and output, specimens, glucose, and vital signs
• support home exercises and range of motion
• maintain a clean and safe client area
• report changes to the charge nurse.
