What you'll do

• Screen incoming calls and route messages
• greet and sign in visitors and provide directions or information
• sort and distribute mail
• provide clerical assistance and maintain community records
• receive event and guest apartment reservations
• respond to emergency call and building alarm systems
• conduct periodic interior security rounds
• process work orders and manage office equipment and supplies
• assist with resident emergencies when the Resident Services Director is absent.
