The Project Manager, Client Implementations — Hybrid position is hybrid, with an expectation to report to the Bloomington, MN office three days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday. The annual base salary range is $75,000–$95,000, excluding variable compensation. HHAeXchange builds a technology platform connecting homecare patients, providers, managed care organizations, and states. The project manager leads customer product implementations from onboarding through adoption, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor. The role coordinates internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver timely implementations, improve onboarding processes, and support customer success.

What you'll do

• Lead new customers through enterprise onboarding with planning and engagement
• coordinate with sales, product, and client success teams
• build customer relationships and understand configuration needs
• establish project teams and apply project-management practices
• recommend tactical plans and collaborate on workflows
• facilitate product training and configuration
• communicate customer feedback and system issues
• adopt process improvements
• mitigate client risk and escalate as needed
• maintain Salesforce documentation, meeting minutes, calendars, and PTO coverage plans.
