Assistant Construction Manager

The Assistant Construction Manager role is onsite in Maitland, FL. Compensation is $47–$50 per hour. The role supports construction management and engineering-procurement-construction projects across multiple industries for an employee-owned engineering, architecture, and construction firm. This position assists project managers and site leaders with day-to-day project execution, coordinating safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, documentation, and field activities to help deliver projects.

What you'll do

• Support project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, client interface, and field activities.
• Help develop project plans, coordinate contracts and procurement, administer project documentation and changes, track costs and progress, report status and risks, support audits, and facilitate project closeout.
