What you'll do

• Conduct physical, psychiatric, and admission assessments
• administer medications
• process physician orders
• monitor vital signs and blood glucose
• complete treatments, pain assessments, dressing changes, and venipuncture
• use the EHR to obtain clinical information and document care
• and report findings and safety emergencies in accordance with agency policies.
