What you'll do

• Manage multifamily HVAC and plumbing projects from startup through completion
• maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
• review contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders
• coordinate field resources and project sequencing
• manage subcontractors and suppliers
• track financial performance
• lead project meetings
• mentor project staff
• document and close out projects.
