What you'll do

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
• develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and business rules
• conduct current- and future-state and gap analyses
• support modernization, remediation, migration, and application sunset initiatives
• translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• coordinate testing readiness and support testing
• prepare test cases, business cases, feasibility studies, reports, dashboards, and presentations
• analyze dependencies, risks, and application impacts
• support release, data migration, and change management activities
• collaborate across development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
