The Warehouse Coordinator Lead role is an onsite position in Providence, RI. Pay is $24–$25 per hour. The role supports warehouse operations preparing equipment and supplies for distribution to Amerita’s patients. The position helps ensure patient orders and supplies are prepared, tracked, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. It also provides guidance and training support to warehouse coordinators and helps maintain medical equipment and inventory processes.

What you'll do

• Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution
• fill patient supply orders
• complete delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and packing slips accurately
• guide less experienced warehouse coordinators and assist with training and orientation
• ensure supplies and medications are stocked and stored properly within required timeframes
• report inventory levels
• clean, maintain, and store infusion pumps and other medical equipment when no dedicated asset manager is in place
• track patient delivery tickets and confirm their return
• coordinate shipping methods to balance cost and scheduled delivery times
• perform other related duties as directed.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of warehouse management or distribution inventory management experience, preferably in home infusion. High school diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred; pharmacy technician licensure may be required by the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
