What you'll do

• Lead and develop employees

• maintain facility financial performance against the annual operating plan
• assess local markets and revenue opportunities
• monitor KPIs and report to management
• initiate local sales programs
• oversee service orders, labor postings, rental check-in/out, and repair billings
• manage customer and vendor relationships, inventory accuracy, safety, audits, and environmental compliance.
