What you'll do

• Oversee finance and accounting operations during an executive transition
• lead annual operating budget and long-range financial planning
• manage fiscal year-end and month-end close activities
• coordinate financial reporting with external stakeholders
• prepare and present monthly financial statements and reporting packages
• partner with external agencies and organizational leadership
• support procurement and RFP-related financial activities as needed
• mentor and support payroll operations
• strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency
• oversee accounting operations, payroll administration, financial analysis, and fiscal support functions.
