The Technology Generalist I position is onsite in Jeffersonville, NY. Compensation is stated as $24.00–$30.00 per hour. The role supports the bank’s technology infrastructure and business operations, including regulatory compliance. This position administers and maintains technology systems to keep services reliable and secure. It also supports banking applications, cybersecurity, vendors, continuity and compliance work, technology projects, and escalated technical issues, while providing guidance to IT Systems Support Specialists.

What you'll do

• Administer Windows servers and core infrastructure
• monitor system health, capacity, and performance
• perform maintenance and upgrades
• maintain Group Policy
• administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• manage accounts, permissions, licenses, and security groups
• support email and collaboration tools
• administer endpoint protection, monitor alerts, remediate vulnerabilities, and support multifactor authentication
• support banking applications, integrations, vendor issue resolution, and implementations
• assist with procurement, backup and disaster recovery, continuity testing, audits, documentation, projects, and technical training
• provide guidance and escalation support to Systems Support Specialists.
