What you'll do

• Clean assigned residential and common areas and operate floor-care equipment. Perform floor cleaning, sanitizing, refinishing, waxing, and polishing
• assist with preventive cleaning and equipment maintenance scheduling. Train staff, assign and supervise work, respond to radio calls, ensure supplies and equipment are available, maintain records and reports, inspect work, and support Environmental Services operations when the supervisor is absent.

Why this role

Two years of floor-care experience is required. Schedule is Saturday–Wednesday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., subject to change; a $2.00 weekend shift differential is offered. The role includes lead duties and may require a flexible schedule.
