Clinical Director

The Clinical Director role is onsite in Rochester, MN. The annual salary range is $105,000–$120,000. Rochester Recovery Behavioral Health is a voluntary residential treatment center serving adults with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. The director leads the clinical team and oversees evidence-based programming, documentation, treatment planning, and discharge planning. The role supports high-quality care and regulatory compliance while partnering with executive, medical, nursing, and operations leaders as the treatment center grows.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and supervise therapists, addiction counselors, clinical supervisors, and interns
• oversee clinical programming, documentation, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• ensure compliance with Minnesota regulations, Joint Commission standards, and payer requirements
• conduct chart audits and provide clinical supervision
• partner with nursing, medical, and operations leaders
• maintain a small therapy caseload as needed.
