• Monitor case management guidelines
• provide staff training and education and conduct reviews and meetings
• communicate quality improvement and operational issues to leadership
• resolve concerns as a first point of contact
• collaborate with physicians and clinicians on care plans
• advocate for patients and families
• coordinate accurate patient records with the QA team
• ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
