The Business Development, Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is an in-person, part-time position based primarily in Prosper, TX, with local travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by the Experts provides recurring commercial janitorial services and specialty cleaning solutions to businesses. The coordinator supports lead generation, customer relationships, and revenue growth while working directly with the CEO. The role combines prospecting, sales pipeline and marketing support, and organizational assistance, with a stated opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities based on performance and company growth.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
• generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
• research prospective accounts
• participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, networking events, and marketing activities
• follow up on prospects and proposals
• maintain HubSpot CRM and sales pipelines
• support marketing initiatives and customer reviews
• help strengthen customer retention and identify additional service opportunities
• assist the CEO with scheduling, communications, and follow-up. Local travel is required
• occasional evening or weekend availability may be required.
