The Project Manager II — Doors, Frames & Hardware role is onsite in Tacoma, WA. Compensation is $85,000–$120,000 per year, with bonus eligibility. Kendell Doors & Hardware supplies the project team and customers involved in contract-based door and hardware projects. The manager owns moderate projects from planning through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, materials, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role helps deliver projects on time, within scope, and to financial and quality expectations while maintaining customer service.

What you'll do

• Manage contracts, budgets, specifications, change orders, and submittals
• develop timelines and coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation
• communicate with contractors, architects, manufacturers, and vendors
• attend jobsite meetings and perform field verification as needed
• review shop drawings
• process change orders and warranty issues
• maintain project files and billing information
• complete closeouts
• mentor assistant project managers
• monitor budgets and gross margins.
