What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day HR support
• maintain employee records, agreements, policies, handbooks, and notices
• coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, employment changes, transfers, and offboarding
• support employment compliance and monitor regulatory developments
• assist with classifications, leave, accommodations, performance matters, investigations, and separations
• respond to employee and manager questions
• support performance reviews, development, training, recognition, engagement, and retention
• assist recruiting and workforce planning
• maintain position, compensation, headcount, and organizational records
• improve HR workflows, templates, procedures, and employee resources
• coordinate payroll and review payroll information for accuracy.
